We are currently looking for a Technical Sales Representative to join our growing team in South Africa. This role is remote-based and will cover the Gauteng, North-West, and Limpopo regions.

You are responsible for

• Actively promote and sell WEICON’s full range of tailored solutions in adhesives, sealants, protective coatings, and corrosion protection.
• Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities within assigned territories.
• Foster and maintain existing customer database.
• Provide technical advice and support to customers, including product selection and application guidance.
• Conduct on-site product demonstrations and training.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through regular visits and communications.
• Collaborate with the internal team to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service.
• Track sales activity, prepare reports, and contribute to regional growth strategy.

Your profile

• Proven track record in technical sales, ideally with experience in engineered adhesives, sealants, protective coatings, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of industrial and maintenance environments.
• Technically inclined with the ability to understand and explain complex solutions.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
• Self-motivated and capable of working independently from a remote base.
• Valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle in excellent condition.
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
